The Great Escape Project

One project I’m particularly proud of is a Photoshop assignment I completed during my first semester at school: a movie poster starring William Powell, Marilyn Monroe, and Elizabeth Taylor amidst the faded imagery of decrepit castles and playing cards. What made the project so special was the fact that, in addition to the assignment, I made up an entire storyline—characters, cut scenes, the like—about the hypothetical movie and was able to communicate certain motifs from the storyline into the design. I was able to blend my talent for writing with graphic design—an unlikely combination—as well as demonstrate my proficiency with Photoshop and diverse packaging design. *THIS PROJECT IS A DESIGN SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT, NOT ACTUAL DVD COVER.
